Ariel Winger is a highly experienced and dedicated family law attorney who has been offering uncontested, amicable, out-of-court divorce options since 2007.
With over 26 years of experience, she specializes in divorce and family law and serves clients in California. Before starting her own practice, Ariel worked for 5 years at a nonprofit organization where she successfully litigated on behalf of survivors of domestic violence and their children. She obtained Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders, Child Visitation and Custody Orders, and Child Support.
In her current practice, Ariel offers amicable and uncontested divorce and separation options for those who want to avoid going to court. She has extensive experience handling high conflict and complex cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental illness. Ariel earned her J.D. in 1995 from New College of California and her B.A. in Psychology in 1991 from Mills College. She has an Honors degree in psychology.
