Prior to his current position, Carlos served as a law clerk for Aldarondo & Lopez Bras, PSC, where he performed civil/criminal legal research, reviewed legal documents, and analyzed litigation material for resolution of interlocutory motions. He also attended open court civil/criminal judicial proceedings before the District Court and oral arguments before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Carlos worked as a student law clerk for Hon. Daniel R. Dominguez and Hon. Gustavo A. Gelpi at the USDC for the District of Puerto Rico in 2011.
